Why do I want to be a vet?

When I was a child I wanted be an astronaut, I can remember I always saw the stars and thought about how interesting it must be go far in the space. Actually, I still think about that, I want to know the space, but now is more like a dream.

When I grew up, I wanted to be an astronomer, a teacher, and a pediatrician, but I always like animals, the truth is that at first I did not want to heal them, I wanted to study them, because I always have fear that kill one of them in operation.

I decided for a vet when my dog died, she had a chronic mange, for two long years I tried to make her life less painful, but she got worse, she began to get blind, and when she scratched her body always cried and bled. Stay whit her and look after her, make me decide for this career, I do not have so clear why, but anyway here I am.

In the university, I realized that I love the career, and definitely, this job is for me.

In the future, my dream job is to work in a rescue center, with the wild animals.
